TP&RC Annual General Meeting

11th August 2024

Please be advise that the Annual General Meeting will be held in the TP&RC Clubroom, Shene Rd, Pontville, 10:00 am, Sunday 11th August 

The business of the meeting is to:

(a) to confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting and of any ​general meeting held since that meeting;

(b) to receive from the committee, auditor, and servants of the Association, reports ​on the ​transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year;

(c) to elect the officers of the Association and the ordinary committee members;

(d) to appoint the auditor and determine his or her remuneration;

(e) to determine the remuneration of servants of the Association;

(f) to consider life memberships.

Nomination Forms can be used to nominate members for positions on the committee for the 2024-2025 year. 

Nominations must be forwarded to the Public Officer at PO Box 5, Brighton, 7030, in time to be received at the close of business on Thursday 1st August 2024.
